Delivery only in metropolitan France.
Your order is prepared and sent within 24 hours following your command. Except Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
You will be warned by e-mail from the expedition of your parcel.
Delivery via Colissimo followed in 48 hours at 72 am: 6€ TTC, offered from 70€ of purchase.
PROCEDURE OF RETURN
Possible returns under 30 days (exchange or refund).
You received your articles but if the size or the shape do not suit to you? No concern, you have 30 days from the date of reception of your parcel to ask for an exchange or for refund. To be able to be make the exchange or the refund, articles should not be carried, washed on no account or damaged and must be returned to their original packing, in perfect condition by resale. In one deadlines of thirty days from the reception of its command, the Customer can ask THE BOBETTE for the return or for the exchange of the products.
To simplify the exercise of the right of shrinkage, THE BOBETTE asks to the Customers to warn her by every possible means and, in particular, on the website in the column "My account", "My orders" then to click the number of "The Reference of command" then to follow the indications of return for the concerned command. The customer will have to specify on the good printed matter if he wishes for a refund or for an exchange of the product (even produced in another color andor different size) subject to his availability in stock. The customer will also have the possibility of contacting the customer service by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org for any additional information.
If the request of return is validated by LA BOBETTE, the Customer will receive a label pre-filled by LA BOBETTE (for metropolitan France).
The return or the exchange is made at the risks of the Customer. The Product must be returned to its original packing, to its home state, new, not carried, not washed, accompanied with the voucher of return.
The expenses of return are chargeable to the customer.
Once your return for exchange or validated refund, it will be necessary to you to send back your articles to the following address:

WHICH DEADLINES ?
From the reception of your parcel, we send you an e-mail confirming the reception by our care. In the case of an exchange, this one will be handled as quickly as possible according to availability of products for a maximum deadline of 14 days following the reception of your articles. In the case of an unavailability of articles, we shall get in touch with you to inquire. In the case of a request of refund, this one will be made in 14 days following the reception of your articles and automatically on the bank account associated to the credit card used during the payment having been of use to the order payment.
