These general conditions of sale define the rights and obligations of the Customer THE BOBETTE and products presented by THE BOBETTE www.labobette.com on its website (the "Site"). They apply exclusively between the company "la bobette", 23 rue Breguet 75011 Paris, Siret: 539 130 195 00016 (hereinafter "LA BOBETTE") and any consumer visiting or making a purchase via the website itself (hereinafter "the Client").

All orders on the Site are subject to these Terms of Sale. These are likely to be subject to changes and updates, the conditions applicable to the order of a product by a customer are those in effect at the date of order.

These changes are published online and are deemed accepted without reservation by any visitor to the Site after they appear online.

These general conditions of sale are subject to French law, unless otherwise mandatory provisions as under the Rome Convention on the law applicable to contractual obligations of 19 June 1980.


The Customer must be a consumer, physical major person and legally capable or with a parental permission allowing him to make an order on the Site.

The Client shall, at its first order on the site, open an account and fill out an order form containing certain mandatory fields so that LA BOBETTE can take his order into account.

The information provided in LA BOBETTE for the account opening or at each order, must be complete, accurate and current. LA BOBETTE may, if necessary, ask the customer the confirmation -by any medium- of this information and of the identity. Customer is responsible for the consequences of false or inaccurate information transmitted or from which the recovery would be unlawful.

On the Site, LA BOBETTE collects personal data. This data is required to the order process and can be communicated to providers of LA BOBETTE, part in the execution of the order.

In accordance with Law No. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 on computers, files and freedoms, the Customer has a right of access, of modification, of rectification, of opposition and of deletion of data personal about it. To exercise this right, the customer needs to send an email to bonjour@labobette.fr or to go on the rubric "My Account".


The products offered for sale are those listed on the site the day of the order made by the Customer, within the limits of available stocks. However LA BOBETTE retains the right to withdraw products from sale at any time.

Despite the care taken by LA BOBETTE to maintain its website updated, present and describe the products, it is possible that non-substantive errors still subject on the site, which the Customer acknowledges and accepts. The including items such as photographs, texts, graphics and all the information and characteristics illustrating and / or accompanying the products are not contractual, which the Customer acknowledges. In any case, in the event of non-compliance of the product delivered with its description on the Site, THE BOBETTE agrees to remedy this, the consumer can either exercise his right of withdrawal or use the guarantee of compliance LA BOBETTE.

If the products ordered are not available, for any reason, THE BOBETTE will inform the customer by e-mail as soon as possible and refund the price eventually charged and collected customer, by crediting the credit card that latest.

The permanent or temporary unavailability does not in any way engage the responsibility of THE BOBETTE, it can’t open any right to compensation or damages for the Client.


4.1. Steps

Customer can visit the Site without being committed to an order. The Customer will have the opportunity, before confirming its order, to verify the details and the total price, and to correct any errors before confirming the order.

4 .2. The order verification

The products are intended for strictly personal use of the client, not directly related to his professional activity.

LA BOBETTE will also be able to refuse any order placed by a customer with whom there was a dispute over payment on a previous order or any non-compliant with these terms and conditions agreement.

In such cases, THE BOBETTE will inform the customer by phone or email. If the customer can’t correct the error to these Terms of Sale, LA BOBETTE reserves the right not to process the order.

4.3. The order confirmation

Once the customer has validated the order, the Customer must check the box next to the words' I have read the terms and conditions and I adhere without reservation. "Before you can choose the mode of payment of the order.

All orders will be confirmed after acceptance of payment.

 Once the order is confirmed, LA BOBETTE proceed with sending an email to the client confirming the acceptance of the order. To this end, the customer formally accepts the use of email for the order confirmation by LA BOBETTE.

Moreover, the customer will receive, upon delivery, for each product, the written confirmation of the price paid and delivery costs charged to him.

It is recommended, for orders placed on the Site, the Customer also keeps a copy (in electronic and / or paper) of the control elements relative to the order.


4.4. Retention of title

The ordered products remain the property of LA BOBETTE until full payment of the price of the order including the shipping fee. 

Upon the effective date of delivery, the risks including lost, damage or theft of goods ordered and delivered, are borne by the Client.



 The prices displayed on the Site are firm and given in Euros and include all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping charges.

The shipping costs, participation in order processing costs and packaging costs will be included in the basket of the Customer, before final confirmation of the order.

Prices can be modified at any time without notice, especially in case of change of tax or economic data. The items will be billed based on the rate in effect during the order.

Full payment must be made when ordering. Customers can pay their order by credit card (Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard). Payments by check are not accepted.

For all transactions, the Customer will indicate the number on the front of the card, the expiration date of the card and the security code on the back of the credit card (last three or four digits).

The communication by the Customer of his credit card number is for LA BOBETTE, the authorization to debit its account by the amount of the order. No sending in against-refunding will be accepted, whatever the reason.

THE BOBETTE retains ownership of the item until full payment by the Client. Purchases are made securely. Payment solutions adopted by LA BOBETTE are 100% secure. For credit card payments, all the information that Customers communicate in LA BOBETTE are strictly protected and guarantee the accuracy and security of each transaction.


THE BOBETTE delivers its products in France only.

Products are shipped with the delivery paper at the shipping address provided by the customer when ordering. The delivery can not be made to hotels or PO boxes. The delivery times indicated on the site are target dates, corresponding to the average processing time and delivery. To respect these deadlines, the Customer must ensure that he has provided complete and accurate information concerning the delivery address (such as including: street number, building, stairs, access codes, names and / or interphone numbers, etc.).

In case of late delivery of more than 7 working days, if the product has not been shipped, the Customer may terminate the order by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt and request a refund of his order.

If the item was shipped before receiving the order cancellation for late delivery of more than 7 days, LA BOBETTE will refund the item and the shipping charges, once LA BOBETTE receive it complete in its original condition and with all tags.

THE BOBETTE undertakes to inform the Customer of the evolution of the process the order. The customer must check the condition of the goods upon delivery and completeness of the latter. The customer agrees to notify to LA BOBETTE, within 3 days following the product reception, any anomalies or missing.

If missing, LA BOBETTE will do an internal investigation and also with the transporter which can last 15 days. If within this period the product is found, it will be shipped immediately, at no extra cost to the client. If he was not, after this period, the missing product will be sent to the customer on LA BOBETTE charges.

THE BOBETTE is not responsible for consequences due to delayed delivery which is not of its making.


Within thirty days from the receipt of the order, the Customer may request LA BOBETTE the return or exchange of the product (s).

To simplify the exercise of the right of retraction, LA BOBETTE demand the Customer to prevent by any means and in particular on the website under "My Account", "My orders" and then click on the number of "La Reference command "and follow the indications on the order concerned.

The customer must specify if he wants a refund or a replacement product (same product in a different color and / or size) subject to availability in stock. The customer will also be able to contact customer service by email: bonjour@labobette.fr for further information.

If LA BOBETTE validates the return request, the Customer will receive a pre-filled tab by LA BOBETTE (for France).

The return or exchange is at the risk of the Customer. The Product must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed, accompanied with the return refund, to the following address:

Any damage to the original packaging, will cancel the retraction law. Products returned incomplete, damaged, soiled or damaged by the customer will not be refunded or exchanged. If the customer does not return the item within one week after he receives the postage tab, it is considered cancelled and the Customer must keep the product.

THE BOBETTE will refund the returned product within a maximum of fifteen (15) days after its reception by a credit of the amount to be reimbursed to the bank account of the Customer.

LA BOBETTE only has, for all stages of access to the site, the ordering process for the shipping of the package or subsequent services, an obligation of means. The responsibility of LA BOBETTE cannot be engaged for any inconvenience or damage arising from the use of the Internet, including a break in service, external intrusion or presence of computer viruses or any other incident of force majeure, according to law and jurisprudence.


In no case the customer is allowed to download or modify all or part of the Site and its contents (listed products, descriptions, images, videos...).

This Site or any portion of this Site shall in no case be reproduced, copied, sold or exploited for commercial purposes without the express written permission of LA BOBETTE.

In general, all copyrights, trademarks and other distinctive signs and property rights or intellectual property appearing on the Site, will remain the full property of LA BOBETTE.

The Customer is therefore obliged to respect intellectual property rights and will not in any way use the trademarks appearing on the Site and on the Products in any eventuality, or deposit a trademark that would prejudice the rights of the owner, unless otherwise stated by contract.

It is the same for any other right of intellectual property.


In the event of a force majeure event, the party concerned shall notify the other within fifteen (15) days from the occurrence of the event by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.

Explicitly, are considered as force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances beyond those usually retained by the course of jurisprudence and French courts, total or partial strikes, lockouts, riots, boycotts or other actions in industrial or disputes commercial, civil disturbance, insurrection, war, bad weather, epidemics, blockage of transport or supply for any reason whatsoever, earthquake, fire, storm, flood, water damage, governmental or legal restrictions, legal changes or regulatory forms of marketing, computer failure, telecommunications blocking, including wired and wireless telecommunications networks, and other cases independent of the will of the parties preventing normal execution of the contractual relationship.

All obligations of the parties shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event, without compensation.

If the force majeure event continues for more than three (3) months, the contract concerned shall be terminated automatically without indemnity to one or other of the parties.


THE BOBETTE may have to install cookies on the client's computer, however that cannot allow to identify the client. The customer may object by configuring their browser accordingly.
